PHILADELPHIA -- Eagles rookie quarterback Carson Wentz demonstrated his winning ways during the teams bye week.Wentz, 23, was drafted out of North Dakota State?and returned to Fargo during the Eagles off week on Oct. 1, running up a $1,000 tab with a group of friends. He then picked up the tab and left a $500 tip.According to?CSN Philly, Wentz hosted a private party in a back room at Herd & Horns Bar and Grill last Saturday night after watching his alma mater beat Illinois State 31-10.Brent Tehven owns the bar and is Wentzs friend.
