DENVER -- Two 24-year-old right-handers, both seen as building blocks as their respective teams look to better days, will oppose each other Friday night.Vince Velasquez, who is 7-2 with a 3.34 ERA, will make his third start for the Philadelphia Phillies since coming off the disabled list June 27.
